急性化脓性阑尾炎的手术治疗及术后抗感染治疗临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Acute Suppurative Appendicitis and Postoperative Anti-infective Treatment

目的研究小儿阑尾炎穿孔行腹腔镜手术治疗的应用效果,为临床提供指导。方法选择从2017年12月至2018年12月收治的40例阑尾炎穿孔患儿纳入此次研究工作,按照数字随机分方式将其划分成2组,命名为实验组与对照组,各有20例。对照组接受开腹手术治疗,实验组接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患儿临床指标、并发症发生率、术后血清含量。结果经比较,实验组临床指标、并发症发生率、均比对照组低,组间比较存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗小儿阑尾炎穿孔行腹腔镜手术,不仅可以取得良好的临床治疗效果,且并发症少,治疗安全可靠,临床推广应用价值明显。

Objective to study application effect of laparoscopic operation on children appendicitis.Methods choose 40 cases appendicitis perforation children admitted from December 2017 to December 2018 in the study.Divide them into two groups rando mLy,experimental group and control group,20 cases in each group.Control group was treated with laparotomy and experimental group with laparoscopic surgery.Compare clinical indexes,complication rate and serum contents of two groups.Results compared with control group,clinical indexes and complications incidence in experimental group were lower,difference showed significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion laparoscopic operation can achieve good clinical effect,with less complications,safe and reliable treatment,which has obvious clinical application value.
