探讨护理干预在胃肠道术后粘连性肠梗阻中的应用

Application Exploration of Nursing Intervention in Adhesive Ileus after Gastrointestinal Operation

目的探讨护理干预在胃肠道术后粘连性肠梗阻中的应用,从而找到最佳的对患者的护理方式。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月来我院就诊治疗的胃肠道手术患者为研究对象,选择符合实验需要的100例患者为研究对象。结果在患者术后出现粘连性肠梗阻发生率方面,实验组患者的发生率明显低于对照组患者的发生率,患者的护理满意度比对照组患者的护理满意度高,患者在进行优质的护理服务后,排气恢复时间、腹痛腹胀恢复时间比对照组患者要低短。结论通过对胃肠道手术治疗的患者进行优质的护理干预,能够有效的减少了患者在术后发生粘连性肠梗阻的发生率,促进了患者的恢复,同时提高了患者的治愈率。

Objective to explore application of nursing intervention in postoperative adhesive ileus of gastrointestinal tract,to find the best nursing mehtod of patients.Methods choose 100 cases gastrointestinal tract opeartion patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 reaching experiment standard as study objects.Results incidence of postoperative adhesive ileus in experimental group was significantly lower than control group,and nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than control group.After quality nursing services,exhaust recovery time,abdominal pain and abdominal distention in experimental group was shorter than control group.Conclusion quality nursing intervention can reduce incidence of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction effectively,promote recovery of gastrointestinal operation patients,and improve their cure rate.
