综合介入一体化治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的短期临床观察

Short-term Clinical Observation of Integrated Interventional Therapy for Acute Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的探究综合介入一体化治疗方法对于急性下肢深静脉血栓疾病的治疗具体手段和临床治疗效果。方法对2019年1月至2019年6月我院收治的急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者共计92例的患者资料进行收集,全部92例患者均接受了综合介入一体化治疗,在手术过程中接受了AngioJet血栓清除术、球囊扩张治疗和髂静脉支架植入治疗。随后,对92例患者的临床血栓清除率、下肢深静脉和髂静脉支架内血液流通情况、手术突发事件和术后不良并发症的发病情况进行记录。结果通过对92例患者的临床治疗观察结果表明,92例急性下肢静脉血栓形成患者在采用综合介入一体化治疗手段后溶栓效果显著(P<0.05),患者在治疗后出现的不良并发症类型为血红蛋白尿、心悸等均在术后自行消失无严重不良并发症发生。结论采用综合介入一体化治疗方法进行急性下肢深静脉血栓治疗可以显著增强患者溶栓效果,且手术不良并发症发生少,值得在临床治疗的过程中推广和应用。

Objective to explore specific means and clinical curative effect of integrated interventional therapy for acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods collect data of 92 cases acute deep vein thrombosis patients of lower extremities in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019.All 92 cases were treated with integrated interventional therapy,angiojet thrombectomy,balloon dilatation and iliac vein stent implantation.Record clinical thrombus clearance rate,blood flow of deep vein and iliac vein stent,surgical emergencies and postoperative adverse complications of 92 patients.Results clinical observation of 92 cases showed that integrated interventional therapy had significant thrombolytic effect,(P<0.05).Adverse complications types of patients after treatment include hemoglobinuria,palpitation and etc,which disappeared without serious adverse complications after operation.Conclusion integrated interventional therapy can enhance thrombolytic effect of acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients significantly,with less incidence of adverse complications,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment process.
