探讨神经肌肉电刺激结合康复训练对脑卒中患者神经功能及吞咽功能的影响

Effect Exploration of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Neurological and Swallowing Function of Stroke Patients

目的针对脑卒中患者采用神经肌肉电刺激结合康复训练的临床效果进行分析。方法在本院2018年2月到2019年2月期间,随机对76例患者进行研究,对比组患者(n=38)采取常规治疗方法,观察组患者(n=38)采用神经肌肉电刺激结合康复训练,对比两组患者的治疗效率、两组患者生活质量的改善情况以及神经功能、吞咽功能的康复情况。结果观察组患者的治疗效率、两组患者生活质量的改善情况以及神经功能、吞咽功能康复情况均要优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者采用神经肌肉电刺激结合康复训练能够有效改善患者神经功能得到有效修复,使患者能够进行正常吞咽。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on stroke patients.Methods choose 76 patients from February 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital rando mLy for study.Control group(n=38)received routine treatment,and observation group(n=38)received neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training.Compare treatment efficiency,life quality improvement,nerve function rehabilitation,and swallowing function between two groups.Results treatment effective rate of observation group,life quality improvement of two groups,rehabilitation of nerve function and swallowing function was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can improve neurological function of stroke patients effectively and make them swallow normally.
