疏肝散火法内服治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的效果观察

Effect Observation of Soothing Liver and Dissipating Fire Method in Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的研究疏肝散火法内服治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果。方法将60例研究对象随机分成研究组(30例)和对照组(30例),给与对照组患者采用阿昔洛韦和维生素B2常规药物治疗,在对照组的基础上给与研究组患者采用疏肝散火法内服治疗。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为90%明显高于对照组患者的治疗有效率66.67%,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分和睡眠质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分和睡眠质量评分明显优于对照组,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用疏肝散火法内服治疗带状疱疹后神经痛具有显著的治疗效果,能够明显改善患者的神经疼痛和睡眠质量,并且达到疏肝散火的功效,值得临床推广。

Objective to study clinical effect of soothing liver and dissipating fire method in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods divide 60 research objects into study group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)rando mLy.Control group was treated with acyclovir and vitamin B2,and study group with soothing liver and dissipating fire method on the basis of control group.Results effective rate of 90%in study group was significantly higher than 66.67%in control group,data showed statistical significance,(P<0.05);before treatment,pain visual simulation scores and sleep quality scores showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,pain visual simulation scores and sleep quality scores in study group were significantly better than control group,data showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion soothing liver and dissipating fire method can achieve significant effect in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,improve neuralgia and sleep quality of patients obviously,with effect of soothing liver and dissipating fire,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
