急诊护理路径在重症颅脑损伤患者急救中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Emergency Nursing Pathway in Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients

目的探讨将急诊护理路径应用在重症颅脑损伤患者急救中的效果。方法选研究共选择出76例观察对象,全部是2018年3月至2019年5月于本医院接受治疗的重症颅脑损伤患者。按照随机抽签结果将对象分成两组,每组38例。采用常规护理者设定为对照组,采用急诊护理路径者设定为观察组,比较两组APACHEII评分、抢救时间、抢救成功率、病死率、二次损伤情况,评估护理方案。结果与对照组相比,干预后观察组的APACHEII评分下降幅度更加明显,且抢救时间显著较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的二次损伤情况明显轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理路径在重症颅脑损伤患者急救中取得了较好的应用效果,缩短了救治时间,提高了救治成功率,使得患者尽快转危为安。

Objective to explore effect of emergency nursing pathway in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods choose 76 cases severe craniocerebral injury patients in our hospital from March 2018 to may 2019 as study objects.According to random drawing results,divide them into two groups,38 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with emergency nursing path.Compare APACHE II scores,rescue time,rescue success rate,mortality rate,secondary injury of two groups,and evaluate nursing scheme.Results control group,after intervention,APACHE II scores of observation group decreased more significantly than control group,and rescue time was significantly shorter,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The secondary injury of observation group was significantly lighter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion emergency nursing pathway has achieved good application effect in emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients,shortened treatment time,improved treatment success rate,and helped patients turn to safety as soon as possible.
