高血压脑出血偏瘫患者护理及早期肢体康复训练的效果分析

Effect Analysisof Nursing and Early Limb Rehabilitation Training for Hemiplegia Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的针对在我院进行高血压脑出血偏瘫治疗的患者,对其采用早期肢体康复训练以后,对该护理方法应用价值进行分析。方法在本院2018年1月到2019年1月期间,随机对90例患者进行研究,对比组患者(n=45)采取常规护理方法,观察组患者(n=45)采用早期肢体康复训练,对比两组患者的护理效率、神经系统受损后的恢复情况以及患者的血压控制情况。结果观察组患者护理效率、神经系统受损后的恢复情况以及患者的血压控制情况均要优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血偏瘫患者采用早期肢体康复训练其临床效果、神经功能恢复等,均明显由于常规护理法。

Objective to analyze application value of early limb rehabilitation training nursing on hemiplegia patients caused by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods study 90 cases hemiplegia patients from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital rando mLy.Control group(n=45)was treated with routine nursing methods,and observation group(n=45)with early limb rehabilitation training.Compare nursing efficiency,recovery of nervous system damage and blood pressure control of two groups.Results nursing efficiency,nervous system recovery and blood pressure control in observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion clinical effect and nerve function recovery of hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is obviously better than routine nursing.
