疏肝健脾方剂治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病临床研究

Clinical Study of Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen Prescription on Spleen Stomach Disease of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的对疏肝健脾方剂在肝郁脾虚型脾胃病治疗中的临床效果进行观察。方法以2018年9月至2019年3月收治的90例肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者作为研究主体,将其平均分对照组与治疗组各45例,对照组接受常规的西医治疗,治疗组选择疏肝健脾中药方剂治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果对两组治疗后的临床疗效进行评价,对照组治疗后总有效率是68.89%,治疗组是93.33%,两组比较区别较为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后症状积分平均分是(11.98±4.13)分,治疗组是(4.91±3.46)分,两组比较区别较为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者采用疏肝健脾方剂进行治疗疗效显著,安全性高,且经济实惠,值得临床大力推广使用该方法治疗。

Objective to observe clinical effect of soothing liver and strengthening spleen prescription in treatment of spleen and stomach disease of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods treat 90 cases spleen and stomach disease patients of liver depression and spleen deficiency type admitted from September 2018 to March 2019,divide them into control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,and treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine soothing liver and strengthening spleen prescription.Observe and clinical effect of two groups.Results total effective rate was 68.89%in control group and 93.33%in treatment group,difference was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,average symptom scores in control group were(11.98±4.13)and those of treatment group were(4.91±3.46),difference was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion soothing liver and strengthening spleen prescription can achieve significant effect with high safe and economical cost in treatment of spleen and stomach disease with liver depression and spleen deficiency,which is worthy of promotion and application.
