中医护理干预对大肠癌术后肠功能恢复效果的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Intestinal Function Recovery after Colorectal Cancer Operation

目的分析临床对大肠癌术患者实施中医护理干预对其术后肠功能恢复的影响效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年3月我院收治的大肠癌手术患者120例,随机分组,就对照组(常规护理,n=60)与观察组(中医护理干预,n=60)的临床疗效及患者术后肠功能恢复情况展开优劣对比。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的肠功能恢复时间,肛门排气、排便时间以及腹胀缓解时间相比对照组均显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预可有效缩短大肠癌术后患者肛门排气时间、排便时间以及腹胀缓解时间,对患者胃肠功能恢复具有重要作用。

Objective to analyze effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal function recovery of colorectal cancer patients.Methods choose 120 cases colorectal cancer patients from January 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital,divide them into control group(routine nursing,n=60)and observation group(traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,n=60)rando mLy.Compare clinical effect and postoperative intestinal function recovery of two groups.Results clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05),recovery time of intestinal function,anal exhaust time,defecation and abdominal distention time in observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can the anal exhaust time,defecation and abdominal distention relief time of colorectal cancer patients effectively after operation,which is of important role in recovery of gastrointestinal function.
