研究六君子汤联合西药治疗慢性肺炎患者及对其肺功能的影响

Effect Study of Six Ingredients Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Lung Function of Chronic Pneumonia Patients

目的本次研究主要针对慢性肺炎的临床治疗方法进行分析,并分析使用六君子汤联合西药治疗临床效果。方法本次研究的观察对象选择我院接诊的慢性肺炎患者86例,对象纳入时间区间为2018年2月至2019年2月,将患者进行随机划分,被划分到治疗组的43例患者接受六君子汤结合西药治疗,被划分到参照组的43例患者接受西药治疗。结果治疗组患者的肺功能指标、WBC、CRP、肺炎指数与CPIS评分均要好于参照组,P<0.05。结论在慢性肺炎的临床治疗中有效运用六君子汤联合西药治疗方式,可取得确切的效果,使得患者的肺功能与肺炎情况得到改善。

Objective the study analyzes clinical treatment method of chronic pneumonia,incluidng clinical effect of six ingredients decoction combined with western medicine mainly.Methods choose 86 cases chronic pneumonia patients in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as study objects.Divide them into two groups rando mLy,43 cases in treatment group were treated with six ingredients decoction combined with western medicine,and 43 cases in reference group with western medicine.Results scores of pulmonary function,WBC,CRP,pneumonia index and CPIs in treatment group were better than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion six ingredients decoction combined with western medicine can achieve exact effect in clinical treatment of chronic pneumonia,and improve lung function and pneumonia of patients.
