布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的效果探讨

Effect Discussion of Budesonide Combined with Azithromycin in Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection of Children

目的探讨布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的效果。方法搜集我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿80例为主要实验观察对象,按随机排列表法分成参照组、治疗组两组,参照组使用阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组使用阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组治疗效果差异及疾病症状消失时间。结果治疗组患儿经治疗后获得的总有效率97.5%更高于参照组的75.0%(P<0.05);治疗组患儿无论是咳嗽消失时间还是发热消失时间均要比参照组用时更短(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染效果确切,能缩短患儿疾病症状消失时间。

Objective to explore effect of budesonide combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods collect 80 cases mycoplasma pneumoniae infection children in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as main experimental objects.According to random arrangement method,divide them into two groups:reference group and treatment group.Reference group was treated with azithromycin,and treatment group with azithromycin and budesonide.Compare curative effect difference and disappearance time of disease symptoms between two groups.Results total effective rate of 97.5%in treatment group was higher than 75.0%of reference group(P<0.05).Time of cough and fever disappearance in treatment group was shorter than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with azithromycin can achieve accurate effect in treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,can shorten disappearance time of disease symptoms.
