医养结合模式下的社区卫生服务中心设计研究——以AD患者为例

STUDY ON THE DESIGN OF COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICE CENTER UNDER THE MODE OF COMBINING MEDICAL CARE AND REHABILITATION——TAKING AD PATIENTS FOR EXAMPLE

探索AD患者社区养老的服务需求,构建规范化的医养结合社区养老服务模型。访谈法获取AD患者的家属需求;观察法了解调研社区的养老环境与设施,根据调研结果为社区养老服务设计提供指导。得到社区医养结合养老服务模式设计模型。在服务设计方法学的指导下,建立高效可靠的社区医养结合服务体系,促进社区医养服务模式理性化和人性化,对之后AD患者的社区医养服务设计提供参考和借鉴。

To explore the service demand of community health service and build a model of medical-nursing combined institutional care.Questionnaire survey and interview were used to obtain the environment and facilities in the community,provide the guidance to the design suggestions according to the results of the survey.To obtain a model of medical nursing combined institutional care.Under the guidance of service design methodology,obtain an efficient and reliable system of medical nursing combined institutional care.To promote the rationalization and humanization of community health care service mode,which can provide the reference for the service design of the community health care.
