全面质量管理理论在医院药学管理工作中的运用

Application of TQM Theory in Hospital Pharmacy Management

目的探讨分析全面质量管理理论在医院药学管理工作中的运用效果。方法选择我院在2017年1月到2018年12月的药学管理数据作为研究对象,我院在2018年1月开始在药学管理工作中实行全面质量管理理论,实施前的数据作为对照组,实施后的数据作为观察组。随机抽取两组中的30个检查结果进行对比研究,主要内容有两组的药学管理效果以及相关人员对其工作的满意度。结果观察组的药学管理工作的效果评分(药品质量、药品收益、药品调配)都要高于对照组,观察组的相关人员满意度要高于对照组。两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在医学的药学管理工作中使用全面质量管理理论能够取得良好的应用效果,可以有效提高药学管理工作的工作质量和相关人员满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of TQM theory in hospital pharmacy management.Methods The pharmaceutical management data of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research object.Our hospital began to implement TQM theory in pharmaceutical management in January 2018.The data before implementation were taken as the control group and the data after implementation were taken as the observation group.The results of 30 examinations in the two groups were randomly selected for comparative study.The main contents included the effects of pharmaceutical management in the two groups and the satisfaction of relevant personnel on their work.Results The effect score of pharmaceutical management(drug quality,drug revenue,drug allocation)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of related personnel in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of TQM theory in pharmaceutical management can achieve good results and effectively improve the quality of pharmaceutical management and the satisfaction of relevant personnel.
