6S管理联合SOP在消毒供应中心中医诊疗器具处理作业流程管理中的应用

Application of 6S Management combined with SOP in the Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Equipment in Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨6S管理联合SOP在消毒供应中心中医诊疗器具处理作业流程管理中的应用效果。方法制定中医诊疗器具处理的SOP标准操作规程,并将6S管理融入到SOP制定与落实的全过程中,观察6S管理联合SOP实施前后两组中医诊疗器具处理的作业流程合格率和不良事件的发生率。结果实施6S管理联合SOP后中医诊疗器具处理的清洗、包装、灭菌、发放作业流程过程合格率为98.5%(P<0.005),不良事件发生率为3%(P<0.05),明显优于实施前。结论6S管理联合SOP能有效提升消毒供应中心中医诊疗器具处理作业流程质量,降低不良事件的发生率,持续提高和改进质量管理。

Objective To explore the application effect of 6S management combined with SOP in the management of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment in disinfection supply center.Methods The standard operating rules of SOP for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment equipment were established,and the 6S management was integrated into the whole process of making and implementing SOP.The qualified rate of operation process and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups before and after the implementation of 6S management combined with SOP were observed.Results After the implementation of 6S management combined with SOP,the qualified rate of cleaning,packaging,sterilization and distribution process was 98.5%(P<0.005).The incidence of adverse events was 3%(P<0.05),which was significantly better than that before implementation.Conclusion 6S management combined with SOP can effectively improve the quality of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment treatment in disinfection supply center,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and continuously improve and improve the quality management.
