分析PDCA式健康教育运用于体检科健康管理中的效果

Analyze the Effect of PDCA Health Education in the Health Management of Physical Examination Department

目的分析在体检科健康管理中应用PDCA式健康教育的效果。方法将在我科接受健康体检的134名体检者随机分为两个组别,给予对照组(67例)常规管理,给予实验组(67例)PDCA式健康教育。对比患者健康知识知晓和治疗依从性情况,统计两组患者满意度。结果(1)健康知识知晓率和治疗依从率对比:对照组健康知识知晓率为80.60%,治疗依从率为82.09%;实验组健康知识知晓率为95.52%,治疗依从率为97.01%,两组对比差异较大(P<0.05);(2)满意度对比:对照组总满意率为79.10%,实验组总满意率为95.52%,两组对比差异较大(P<0.05)。结论PDCA式健康教育应用于体检科健康管理中,能够丰富患者健康知识,提升治疗依从性,加强健康管理质量,应用价值明显。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA health education in physical examination department.Methods One hundred and thirty-four physical examinees in our department were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(67 cases)were given routine management,and the experimental group(67 cases)were given PDCA type health education.The patients’health knowledge and treatment compliance were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups was counted.Results(1)Comparison of the awareness rate of health knowledge and the compliance rate of treatment:the awareness rate of health knowledge in the control group was 80.60%,the compliance rate of treatment was 82.09%.The awareness rate of health knowledge in the experimental group was 95.52%,the compliance rate of treatment was 97.01%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).(2)Satisfaction comparison:the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 79.10%,and the total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.52%.There was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion PDCA health education can enrich the health knowledge of patients,improve the treatment compliance,strengthen the quality of health management,and has obvious application value.
