蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Montmorillonite Powder Combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Tablets in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

目的探讨蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月至2018年12月在我院就诊的腹泻患儿130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组采用蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗。结果观察组治疗的总有效率、临床症状缓解时间、治疗后免疫功能情况均明显优于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效显著,有助于改善患儿免疫功能,临床可加以推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable tablets in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 130 children with diarrhea treated in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 65 cases.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,while the observation group was treated with montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable tablets.Results The total effective rate,remission time of clinical symptoms and immune function of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable tablets in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is significant,which is helpful to improve the immune function of children,and the method is worthy of promoting.
