马来酸麦角新碱与马来酸麦角新碱联合欣母沛预防产后出血的临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Ergometrine Maleate and Ergometrine Maleate Combined with Hemabate in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨马来酸麦角新碱与马来酸麦角新碱联合欣母沛预防产后出血的临床效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年8在我院接受剖宫产手术的产妇100例纳入效果分析中,对照组产妇(50例)在常规治疗基础上采用马来酸麦角新碱治疗,联合治疗组产妇(50例)在常规治疗基础上采用马来酸麦角新碱联合欣母沛治疗。统计并对比两组产妇产后出血发生率、不同时间点出血量、产后血红蛋白下降值和红细胞下降值和不良的反应。结果在产后出血发生率方面,联合治疗组明显更低,P<0.05;4个不同时间点联合治疗组产妇产后出血量均显著低降低,P<0.05;联合治疗组产妇产后血红蛋白下降值和红细胞下降值均显著低于对照组产妇,P<0.05;联合治疗组产妇产后不良反应发生率也著低于对照组产妇,P<0.05。结论马来酸麦角新碱联合欣母沛具有较好的预防产后出血的临床疗效,安全性符合要求,值得在剖宫产手术中广泛推广。

Objective To analyze thecomparision of Ergometrine maleate and Ergometrine maleate combined with Hemabate in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage puerperas after cesarean section.Methods From January 2018 to August 2019,100 cases of parturients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital were included in the effect analysis.The control group(50 cases)were treated with Ergometrine maleate on the basis of routine treatment,and the combined treatment group(50 cases)were treated with Ergometrine maleate combined with Hemabate on the basis of routine treatment.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of bleeding at different time points,the decrease of postpartum hemoglobin,the decrease of red blood cells and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the combined treatment group was significantly lower,P<0.05.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in four different time points in the combined treatment group was significantly lower,P<0.05.The reduction of postpartum hemoglobin and red blood cell in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was also significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Ergometrine maleate combined with Hemabate couldincreaseprevent effect of postpartum hemorrhage puerperas after cesarean section,and have high safety,which is worth to be spread.
