综合护理模式干预对预防宫缩乏力性产妇产后出血的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing Model Intervention on Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Parturient Women with Dystrophic Asthenia

目的分析评价在预防宫缩乏力性产妇产后出血时应用综合护理模式干预的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年4月本院收治的88例宫缩乏力性产妇,将其均分为两组(对照组、观察组),对照组接受常规护理干预措施,观察组产妇在其基础上应用综合护理模式干预,对比评价两组产妇产后出血率以及不同时间段的出血量情况。结果和对照组相比较,观察组产妇术后2h、24h出血量与对照组相比较明显较低,两组数据对比差异明显,P<0.05。结论在预防宫缩乏力性产妇产后出血过程中应用综合护理模式干预能够有效降低产妇出血量,进一步提高了产妇的护理满意度,对促进产妇快速恢复具有积极意义,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing mode intervention in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of parturient women with uterine fatigue.Methods July 2018-April 2019 in our hospital treated 88 cases of maternal contractions fatigue sex,which are divided into two groups(control group and observation group)and control group accepted routine nursing interventions,observation group based on the application of maternal comprehensive intervention nursing mode,compared two groups of maternal postpartum hemorrhage rate and different times of the bleeding.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower blood loss at 2h and 24h after obstetrics and gynecology compared with the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing mode intervention in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of parturiates with uterine fatigue can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,further improve the nursing satisfaction of parturiates,and has positive significance in promoting the rapid recovery of parturiates,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
