单侧穿刺与双侧穿刺椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Unilateral Puncture and Bilateral Puncture Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Compression Fractures of Thoracolumbar Vertebrae

目的分析胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折病症的临床治疗中单侧穿刺与双侧穿刺椎体成形术治疗的具体应用效果。方法选取120例2017年8月至2019年8月在本院接受治疗的胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者作为观察对象,采用随机、双盲法将其等分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用双侧穿刺椎体成形术的治疗方法,对照组采取单侧穿刺治疗方法,对比两组患者手术中骨水泥用量、VAS疼痛情况、手术时间的三项指标以及术后生活水平改善情况。结果观察组患者的骨水泥用量以及手术时间都相比较于对照组多,观察组患者VAS疼痛指数高于对照组,且两组患者治疗后生活水平都相比较于治疗前高,数据均存在显著统计意义(P<0.05)。但两组治疗方法对生活水平的影响不显著。结论对于胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折病症的治疗方法而言,单、双侧穿刺手术对患者后续的生活水平都有很好的改善作用,但单侧穿刺的手术时间以及骨水泥用量都相比较于双侧穿刺少,因此医生可以根据患者情况先选择单侧穿刺,若效果不好,再选择双侧穿刺。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of unilateral puncture and bilateral puncture vertebroplasty in the clinical treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae.Methods 120 patients with osteoporotic compression fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with bilateral puncture vertebroplasty,and the control group was treated with unilateral puncture.The dosage of bone cement and VAS pain in the two groups were compared.The three indexes of operation time and the improvement of living standard after operation.Results The bone cement dosage and operation time of the observation group were more than those of the control group.The VAS pain index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the living standard of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the data had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).However,the effect of the two groups on living standards was not significant.Conclusion For the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fracture,unilateral and bilateral puncture has a good effect on the subsequent living standards of patients,but the operation time and bone cement dosage of unilateral puncture are less than bilateral puncture,so doctors can choose unilateral puncture according to the condition of the patient,and then choose bilateral puncture.
