观察纤维支气管镜联合氨溴索肺泡灌洗对老年重症肺部感染患者肺功能及炎性反应的影响

Effect of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy combined with Ambroxol Alveolar Lavage on Pulmonary Function and Inflammatory Response in Elderly Patients with Severe Pulmonary Infection

目的探究纤维支气管镜联合氨溴索肺泡灌洗对老年重症肺部感染患者肺功能和炎症反应的影响。方法选取在本院接受治疗的52例老年重症肺部感染患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和常规组,每组患者例数相同。对常规组患者以常规治疗方式进行治疗,对研究组患者在常规治疗的基础上,通过纤维支气管镜联合氨溴索肺泡灌洗对其进行治疗。对比两组患者接受治疗后的各项检测结果。结果两组患者在接受治疗后,研究组患者的肺功能指标及呼吸功能指标明显高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者炎症因子水平则明显小于常规组(P<0.05)。结论通过纤维支气管镜联合氨溴索肺泡灌洗对老年重症肺部感染患者进行治疗后,取得了较好的治疗效果,该治疗方式可使患者的肺功能和呼吸功能明显恢复,同时可有效抑制患者的炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with ambroxol alveolar lavage on pulmonary function and inflammatory response in elderly patients with severe pulmonary infection.Methods Fifty-two elderly patients with severe pulmonary infection who received treatment in our hospital were divided into study group and routine group according to the random number table method,and the number of patients in each group was the same.The patients in the routine group were treated with routine treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with ambroxol alveolar lavage on the basis of routine treatment.The results of each test after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the indexes of lung function and respiratory function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05),while the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of elderly patients with severe pulmonary infection by fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with ambroxol alveolar lavage,good therapeutic effect has been obtained.this treatment can obviously restore the pulmonary function and respiratory function of the patients,and at the same time effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the patients.
