个性化健康宣教在体外冲击波碎石患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Individualized Health Education in Patients with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy

目的探究个性化的健康宣教在体外冲击波碎石患者的应用效果。方法选择在我院接受治疗的180名确诊为体外冲击波的患者作为研究对象,其中90名患者为住院治疗的患者,将其作为第一组,另外90名患者为门诊治疗的患者,将其作为第二组,对第一组的患者进行个性化的健康宣教,对第二组的患者进行常规的健康宣讲。结果第一组与第二组的恢复率分别为83.3%与66.7%;第一组与第二组患者需要再次进行碎石操作的概率分别为4.4%与11.1%。结论第一组患者的恢复率与再次进行碎石操作的概率均明显低于第二组的患者,可见对于接受体外冲击波碎石的患者来说个性化的健康宣教十分重要,能够促进碎石与碎石的排出,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application of personalized health education in patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods 180 patients diagnosed with extracorporeal shock waves who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,of which 90 patients were inpatients,they were taken as the first group,and 90 patients were outpatients,and they were taken as the first group.Two groups,personalized health education for patients in the first group,and routine health education for patients in the second group.Results The recovery rates of the first group and the second group were 83.3%and 66.7%,respectively;the probability that the patients of the first group and the second group needed to perform lithotripsy again was 4.4%and 11.1%.Conclusion The recovery rate and the probability of repetitive lithotripsy of the first group of patients are significantly lower than those of the second group.It can be seen that personalized health education is very important for patients receiving extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,which can promote lithotripsy With the discharge of lithotripsy,it is worth clinical application.
