摘要
目的探讨泌尿外科低年资护士的新培训方法。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月,在泌尿外科工护士60人。分为实验组和对照组各30名。实验组采用护理清单方式进行培训,对照组按照传统方式进行培训,比较两组护士在培训中使用的时间及不良事件发生率、低年资护士满意度进行对比。结果实验组培训中使用时间和不良事件发生率均低于于对照组,实验组低年资护士满意度高于对照组。结论护理清单在低年资护士培训中能够节约时间,有效提高培训效果及满意度,值得临床教学推广应用。
Objective To explore a new training method for low-grade nurses in urology.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,60 nurses in urology were selected.It was divided into 30 groups of experimental group and control group.The experimental group used the nursing list method for training,and the control group was trained according to the traditional method.The time of the two groups of nurses used in the training and the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of the low-grade nurses were compared.Results The service time and low-age nurse satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The nursing list can save time in the training of low-grade nurses,effectively improve the training effect and satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical application.
