组织抢救宫颈癌活检术致大出血成功一例

A Successful Case of Massive Hemorrhage Caused by Biopsy of Cervical Cancer

目的探究宫颈癌活检术致大出血的相关抢救及护理问题。方法回顾性分析1例于2019年3月1日在我院行宫颈癌活检术致大出血患者的临床资料、抢救及护理过程。结果患者得到及时救治,经抗炎止血、扩充血容量、吸氧治疗后顺利康复出院。结论对于因行宫颈癌活检术造成阴道大出血的患者,争取时间尽早对其进行止血及正确护理是抢救成功的关键。

Objective To explore the rescue and nursing of massive hemorrhage caused by cervical cancer biopsy.Methods The clinical data,rescue and nursing process of a case of massive hemorrhage caused by cervical cancer biopsy in our hospital on March 1,2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The patients were treated in time,after anti-inflammatory hemostasis,blood volume expansion and oxygen inhalation treatment,they recovered and discharged smoothly.Conclusion For the patients with vaginal bleeding caused by cervical cancer biopsy,the key to the success of rescue is to strive for the time to stop bleeding as soon as possible and correct nursing.
