老年无症状性心肌缺血患者动态心电图监测及护理

Monitoring and Nursing of Ambulatory Electrocardiogram in Elderly Patients with Asymptomatic Myocardial Ischemia

目的对老年无症状性心肌缺血患者动态心电图监测及护理进行探讨。方法采集2017年8月至2019年8月我院老年无症状性心肌缺血患者110例,均以动态心电图进行监测,总结相应护理方法,分析实际护理效果。结果110例患者中,心肌缺血症状发生率为73.6%;心肌缺血发作次数为315次。6:01~12:00患者心肌缺血发生率最高(49.8%);其后依次为12:01~16:00、16:01~20:00、20:01~24:00、0:00~6:00。两组患者死亡率与急性心肌梗死率差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者恶性心律失常率、急性心力衰竭率、心源性休克率差异小且无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年无症状性心肌缺血临床中,可通过动态心电图监测以确保治疗效果,有效护理方法可保证动态心电图监测结果的准确性。

Objective To explore the monitoring and nursing of ambulatory electrocardiogram in the elderly patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia.Methods One hundred and ten elderly patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were collected,all of them were monitored by dynamic electrocardiogram,summarized the corresponding nursing methods,and analyzed the actual nursing effect.Results In 110 patients,the incidence of myocardial ischemia was 73.6%,and the number of myocardial ischemia attack was 315.From 6:01~12:00,the incidence of myocardial ischemia was the highest(49.8%),followed by 12:01~16:00,16:01~20:00,20:01~24:00,0:00~6:00.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in the elderly,dynamic ECG monitoring can be used to ensure the therapeutic effect,and effective nursing methods can ensure the accuracy of dynamic ECG monitoring results.
