糖尿病患者在彩色多普勒超声检查下对肾囊肿发病率高的临床价值研究

Study on the Clinical Value of High Incidence of Renal Cyst in Diabetic Patients with Color Doppler Ultrasound

目的分析探讨糖尿病患者在彩色多普勒超声检查下对肾囊肿发病率高的临床价值。方法选取我院于2016年6月至2018年6月收治的45例需要进行彩色多普勒超声检查的患者,将其中的23例糖尿病患者组成糖尿病组和22例非糖尿病患者组成非糖尿病组,然后对两组患者的临床检查效果进行对比分析。结果两组患者在接受彩色多普勒超声检查后发现,糖尿病组患者的肾囊肿发病率比非糖尿病组患者的发病率高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者在彩色多普勒超声检查中发现肾囊肿的概率极高,从而在糖尿病患者的治疗效果上,能够实现有效提升,具有较高的临床实用价值。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical value of high incidence of renal cyst in diabetic patients with color Doppler ultrasound.Methods From June 2016 to June 2018,45 patients who need color Doppler ultrasound examination were selected.Twenty-three diabetics and 22 non diabetics were divided into two groups.Then the clinical examination results of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of renal cyst in diabetic group was higher than that in nondiabetic group(P<0.05).Conclusion The probability of finding renal cyst is very high in the color Doppler ultrasound examination of diabetic patients,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic patients,and has high clinical practical value.
