快速康复锻炼护理模式对行全膝关节置换术患者关节活动度的影响

Effect of Nursing Mode of Rapid Rehabilitation Exercise on the Joint Activity of Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的分析快速康复锻炼护理模式对行全膝关节置换术患者关节活动度的影响。方法选取我院收治的84例行全膝关节置换术治疗的患者,术后42例采用快速康复锻炼护理模式(研究组),另外42例采用常规康复锻炼护理模式(对照组),然后分别比较两组患者术前和术后1个月时膝关节活动度、膝关节功能(HSS)评分以及生活质量评分的差异。结果术后1个月时研究组患者的膝关节活动度、HSS评分更加明显(P<0.05)。另外,干预后,研究组各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节内翻畸形患者行全膝关节置换术后,快速康复锻炼有利于患者膝关节活动度的恢复,其效果优于常规康复锻炼。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation exercise on the joint activity of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods Eighty-four patients with total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were selected,42 patients were treated with fast rehabilitation training nursing mode(study group)and 42 patients were treated with routine rehabilitation training nursing mode(control group).Then the differences of knee joint activity,knee joint function(HSS)score and quality of life score between the two groups before and one month after operation were compared.Results One month after operation,the knee joint activity and HSS score of the study group were more significant(P<0.05).In addition,the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After total knee arthroplasty,rapid rehabilitation exercise is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint activity,and its effect is better than that of routine rehabilitation exercise.
