降低会阴侧切经阴顺产分娩时实施接产新技术的临床效果

Reduce the Clinical Effect of the New Technique of Parturition in the Perineum Side Incision

目的研究分析降低会阴侧切经阴顺产分娩时实施接产新技术的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2019年6月我院妇产科的30例分娩产妇为对象,随机以每组15例分为观察组和对照组。采用传统助产技术针对对照组,接产新技术针对观察组,将两组的会阴裂伤情况、伤口疼痛指数以及产后舒适度做比较分析。结果两组的会阴裂伤情况中观察组有Ⅱ度6例(40.00%)、Ⅰ度7例(46.67%)以及0度2例(13.33%),对照组有Ⅲ度1例(6.67%)、Ⅱ度9例(60.00%)以及Ⅰ度5例(33.33%),观察组的会阴裂伤情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的伤口疼痛指数以及产后舒适度中观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用接产新技术能改善分娩产妇的会阴裂伤情况,降低疼痛感,提高产后舒适度,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of the new technique of perineum side incision in delivery.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,30 parturients in our hospital were selected as objects,and 15 cases in each group were randomly selected as observation group and control group.The traditional midwifery technology was used for the control group,and the new midwifery technology was used for the observation group.The perineum laceration,wound pain index and postpartum comfort were compared between the two groups.Results In the two groups,there were 6 cases of degreeⅡ(40.00%),7 cases of degreeⅠ(46.67%)and 2 cases of degree 0(13.33%)in the observation group,1 case of degreeⅢ(6.67%),9 cases of degreeⅡ(60.00%)and 5 cases of degreeⅠ(33.33%)in the control group.The perineum laceration in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain index and comfort of the two groups were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of new delivery technology can improve the perineum laceration of parturient women,reduce the pain and improve the postpartum comfort,which is worth popularizing.
