社区居家养老服务标准化建设路径研究——以广东肇庆为例

Research on the Standardization of Community-home Care Services in Zhaoqing

本文针对肇庆市人口老龄化趋势日益加剧、传统家庭养老模式面临严峻挑战的现实,对肇庆市社区居家养老服务标准化现状进行了剖析,发现肇庆市社区居家养老服务标准化存在着服务设施基础薄弱、服务产品结构性供给不足等问题。进而结合肇庆市社区居家养老服务发展特点,从构建社区居家养老服务标准体系、健全养老服务标准化工作机制、强化社区居家养老服务基础保障体系等方面对肇庆市社区居家养老服务标准化建设路径进行了探讨。

In view of the fact that Zhaoqing’s aging population is kept increasing,and the traditional family pension model is facing severe challenges,this paper analyzes the status of the standardization of community-home care services in Zhaoqing.The results show that existing problems include inadequate service facilities and insufficient supply of service products.Based on the characteristics in Zhaoqing,this paper probes into the way to standardize the construction of community-home care services from the aspects of establishing the standard system of community-home care serviees,improving the standardized working mechanism of pension service and strengthening the basic security system of community-home care services.
