Standardization Practice of New Urbanization of Land Utilization in Haian City

海安市土地利用"五化并进"行动作为原江苏省国土资源厅改革创新试点内容之一,积极探索基层国土资源管理新模式,开展新型城镇化标准化实践。在此基础上,总结提炼经验,对成功经验进行标准制定,达到引领基层国土资源管理改革创新目标,为全省及全国新型城镇化建设发挥示范带动作用。

Haian City’s land use method of "juxtaposition of five modernizations" is one of the original reform and innovation pilot projects of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Natural Resources.Haian actively explores the new model of natural resources management at grass-root level and practices the new urbanization standardization.On this basis,it summarizes and refines the experience,develops a standard based on successful experience,achieving the goal of leading the reform and innovation of natural resources management at grass-root level,and playing a leading role in promoting new urbanization in the whole province and across the nation.
