基于多元、共享和参与的邻里生活中心营造--清河生活馆设计

Neighborhood Life Center Building Based on Diversity,Sharing and Participation:Qinghe Life Center Design

近年来,社区生活圈和社区综合体建设成为建设宜居城市、提升社区生活品质的重要载体,社区中心的营造逐步从围绕管理、服务转向以生活为中心,参与式社区规划理念和实践逐步兴起,强调社区规划建设相关的功能策划、空间设计和场地运营中应充分考虑多元主体的参与和共享。以清河生活馆项目设计为例,对作为其工作背景的"新清河实验"和参与式社区规划进行了简要介绍和特点概述,继而从清河生活馆的项目背景、调研评估、项目策划和空间设计等方面展开介绍,总结多元、共享和参与的三大核心价值理念贯穿其中,最后对未来运营管理和外部环境一体化优化等提出展望。

In recent years,community life circle and community complex building have been important measures to realize livable cities and improve community life quality.The key attraction point of community centers has gradually transferred from management,service to life-centered.Meanwhile,the theory and practice of participatory community planning has grown up rapidly,which emphasizes that the whole process of function programming,spatial design and venue operation in community planning and building should involve diversified stakeholders to participate in.The paper takes the design project of Qinghe Life Center as an example.Based on the brief introduction to the"New Qinghe Experiment"and participatory community planning as its working background,and it illustrates the site information,investigation and evaluation,function orientation,and spatial design of the project,summarizing into three major value ideas including diversity,sharing and participation.Finally,the expectations of the future operation,as well as the integration and improvement of the external environment of the center are put forward.
