From Renovation to Placemaking,from Placemaking to Sustainable Regeneration

在存量时代,社区发展将越来越体现为多方力量协动作用的结果。在城市更新背景下,大鱼营造这个年轻的社会组织主动联携多方力量,以自下而上的行动参与社区建设。通过介绍从身边社区自发开展的工作,到探索参与式设计的方法,再到以街区创生理念开创自组织管理、激发行动的"第三空间",大鱼营造代表了一种草根力量,他们以一系列的跨界探索展现了建筑学在社会空间生产过程中的另一种角色。

In the time of stock development,community development will be more and more promoted by multiple stakeholder’s coordinated actions.This paper introduces the NPO"Big Fish Community Design Center"and its cross-border exploration work in the context of urban renewal,including their voluntary bottom-up actions in their local community,exploring the method of participatory design,creating a self-organized"third space"which encourages social innovation and promotes the reforming of the local social network.The Big Fish represents efforts of grassroots organization,their cross-border exploration shows another process of social production of public space and the new role of architecture.
