摘要 交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆在运行时,线芯、绝缘层、护层均会发生损耗,产生热量而建立热流场。热流在从电缆导体向外界散热的过程中,电缆各层材料及其周围媒介形成热阻,在各层产生温度降,使得电缆导体温度远高于电缆周围环境温度。而交联聚乙烯绝缘可耐受的长期运行温度为90℃,若电缆绝缘长期运行温度高于该值,电缆将加速老化,绝缘寿命大大降低,为确保电缆的安全运行不得不较小输送容量或者增加电缆截面。本文主要介绍了一种新型低热阻填充材料,将这种低热阻填充材料运用于电缆线路,可改善电缆敷设环境、提高电缆载流量、提高电缆使用寿命。 When the XLPE insulated power cable is in operation, the core, insulation layer, and sheath will lose, generating heat and establishing a thermal flow field. In the process of heat flow from the cable conductor to the outside, the material of the cable layers and the surrounding medium form a thermal resistance, which causes a temperature drop in each layer, which makes the temperature of the cable conductor much higher than the ambient temperature of the cable. The long-term operating temperature to which the XLPE insulation can withstand is 90 ℃. If the long-term operating temperature of the cable insulation is higher than this value, the cable will accelerate aging and the insulation life will be greatly reduced. In order to ensure the safe operation of the cable, the transmission capacity must be small Or increase the cable cross section. This article mainly introduces a new type of low thermal resistance filling material. The application of this low thermal resistance filling material to cable lines can improve the cable laying environment, increase the current carrying capacity of the cable, and increase the service life of the cable.
