摘要
振动平板夯是工地、路基等夯实平整常用的压实机械,压实度是评估压实效果的重要指标。本文在分析研究了现有压实度检测技术的基础上,引入复刚度来描述土壤的性质,建立了"平板夯-土壤"的二自由度复刚度模型,并通过求解其相应的运动方程,得到土壤在压实过程中所消耗的能量,据此提出一种基于能量消耗强度的压实度实时评估方法。
Vibrating plate compaction is a common compaction machine for compaction and leveling of construction site and roadbed. Compaction degree is an important index for evaluating compaction effect. In this paper, the existing compaction degree detection technology were researched. The complex stiffness was introduced to describe the properties of soil, and a two-degree of freedom complex stiffness model of "flat-plate compaction-soil" is established. By solving its corresponding motion equation, the energy consumed by soil in compaction process was obtained. A real-time compaction evaluation method based on energy consumption intensity is proposed.
