基于物料主数据的PLM与SAP集成方法探讨

Discussion on the Integration Method of PLM and SAP Based on Material Master Data

本文通过分析当前制造企业主要使用的两个数字化平台的特征及关注点,提出了基于物料主数据的PLM与SAP的集成方案。通过对方案的介绍,论证了该方案集成的重要性、有效性,同时阐述了基于物料主数据集成的优点与灵活性。在中文主要列举了基于物料主数据集成的思路与实施步骤,期望通过本文的探讨,给制造型企业PLM与SAP的集成带来一些新的思路。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics and concerns of the two digital platforms currently used by manufacturing enterprises, this paper proposes the integration scheme of PLM and SAP based on material master data. Through the introduction of the scheme, the importance and effectiveness of the scheme integration are demonstrated, and the advantages and flexibility of the scheme integration based on material master data are described. In Chinese, it mainly enumerates the ideas and implementation steps based on the integration of material master data. It is expected to bring some new ideas to the integration of PLM and sap in manufacturing enterprises through the discussion of this paper.
