集团型煤化工企业数字化生产管控平台基于生产制造执行管理系统(MES系统)实现实时数据集成平台、WEB综合信息展示平台、生产过程监视、生产作业管理、能源管理、化验数据集成、报表分析统计等业务功能,同时集成煤气化公司各单位的工业视频监控平台,实现煤气化公司对各单位生产运行的管控和协调,实现统一指挥,提高生产管理的精细化水平,增强煤气化公司生产统一协调与管控能力。

Based on MES system, digital production control platform of group coal chemical enterprises realizes business functions of real-time data integration platform, WEB integrated information display platform, production process monitoring, production operation management, energy management, test data integration, report analysis and statistics, integrates industrial video monitoring platforms of each unit of coal gasification companies, realizes control and coordination of production and operation of each coal gasification company, realizes unified command, improves refinement level of production management, and enhances unified coordination and control ability of production of coal gasification company.
