Study on Traffic Crime From the Perspective of Criminal Policy——Take Crime of Traffic Accidents and Dangerous Driving as an Example

近年来,我国以交通肇事罪和危险驾驶罪为主的交通犯罪形势日益严峻。相比于其他国家而言,我国司法对交通犯罪的处罚不够严厉。针对交通犯罪数量的不断增长和对交通犯罪处罚措施过于宽缓的现实,我国应适当扩大刑罚力度和范围,增加刑罚方式,以真正实现打击犯罪、保障人权的目的。

In recent years,the situation of traffic crime,mainly traffic offence and dangerous driving crime,has become increasingly severe.Compared with other countries,judicial punishment of traffic crime in China is not strict enough.In view of the growing figure of traffic crimes and the fact that the means of punishment for traffic crimes are too lenient and slow,China should appropriately expand the intensity and scope of punishment and increase the penalty approaches,so as to truly achieve the purpose of combating crimes and safeguarding human rights.
