柴油机后处理装置高海拔试验研究

摘要 搭建了重型柴油机加装DPF,CDPF,DOC+CDPF的高原试验台架,研究分析了发动机性能、后处理装置的温度和压差。结果表明,加装3种后处理装置,发动机动力性和经济性均有不同程度下降,其中DOC+CDPF下降幅度最大;3种后处理装置排放性均有不同程度改善,其中碳烟捕集效果均比较高,加装CDPF和DOC+CDPF的后端CO排放均趋近于零;DOC+CDPF方案中,CDPF前端的温度明显升高,促进碳烟在CDPF中再生;随转速的升高,单独加装CDPF前后端压差不断增大,在高转速时逐渐平稳,DOC+CDPF方案中,CDPF前后端压差先增大后趋于平稳再逐渐减小,综合性能DOC+CDPF方案最好。 An plateau test-bed that diesel engine retrofitted with DPF,CDPF and DOC+CDPF was built,the engine performance,temperature and pressure difference of the after-treatment device were analyzed.The results showed that with the addition of three after-treatment devices,the power and economy of the engine decrease to varying degrees,and DOC+CDPF have the most decrease;the emissions of the three after-treatment devices are improved to varying degrees,the effect of carbon smoke collection is high,and the CO emissions at the back end of CDPF and DOC+CDPF are all close to zero;in the DOC+CDPF scheme,the temperature at the front of CDPF increases significantly,promoting the regeneration of carbon smoke in CDPF;with the increase of rotating speed,the pressure difference between the front and back ends of CDPF added separately increases continuously,and becomes stable at high rotating speed;in DOC+CDPF scheme,the pressure difference between the front and back ends of CDPF increases first,then becomes stable and then gradually decreases.Comprehensive performance of DOC+CDPF scheme is the best.
