摘要
建立了滚动轴承-转子系统非线性动力学模型,考虑了不平衡激励、轴承间隙、非线性赫兹接触力、变柔度(VC-VaryingCompliance)振动和转轴材料物理非线性的综合效应,以含立方非线性项的表达式来表征这种转轴材料的物理非线性刚度。运用Range-Kutta数值积分方法计算系统的不平衡振动响应,得到了转轴非线性刚度、轴承间隙和转子转速对系统动力学行为的影响规律。
The nonlinear dynamic model of the rolling bearing-rotor system is established;and the combined effects of the unbalanced excitation,the bearing clearance,the nonlinear Hertz contact force,the VC(Varying Compliance)vibration and the nonlinear stiffness of the shaft material are taken into account.The nonlinear stiffness of this shaft material is characterized by an expression containing a cubic nonlinear term.The unbalanced response of the system is obtained by numerical integration method.The influence of the nonlinear stiffness,the clearance and the rotor speed for the rotating shaft on the dynamic behavior of the system is studied.
