摘要
以某农用型无人直升机用双缸四冲程水冷发动机消声器为研究对象,建立了消声器结构模型并运用流体动力学软件CFX进行仿真分析。对消声器进行了空气动力特性分析,并对消声器进行改进设计。改进后发动机功率损失降低到2.5%左右,消声器性能提升明显。
The muffler of a two-cylinder four-stroke water-cooled engine used in an agricultural unmanned helicopter is taken as research object. The structure model of muffler is established and the fluid dynamics software CFX is used to analyze the muffler structure. The aerodynamic characteristics of the muffler are analyzed, and the power loss of the engine is reduced by about 2.5%after the improvement of the muffler, the performance of the muffler is significantly improved.
