摘要
在车载网关的开发过程中,根据设计需求建立网关系统的仿真模型,不仅可以提前验证设计方案的可行性,同时还能加快开发过程,方便系统的优化与升级。本文根据某型车的设计需求,首先分析了网关系统的网络拓扑图结构,然后使用CANdb++Dditor软件建立了系统数据库文件,并导入CANoe仿真环境。使用CAPL设计了系统控制程序,实现网关与各个节点之间信息交换的功能,完成仿真模型的建立。最后,通过优化报文的数据空间,降低了网关的总线负载率,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性,为网关系统的设计提供了实例参考。
In the process of designing the vehicle gateway,a simulation model of the gateway system is established according to the design requirements,which can not only verify the feasibility of the design scheme in advance,but also accelerate the development process and facilitate the optimization and upgrading of the system.According to the design requirements of a certain type of vehicle,this paper first analyzes the network topology structure of the gateway system,and then uses CANdb++Dditor to set up the system database file,and imports it into CANoe simulation environment.Next,the system control program is designed by using CAPL to realize the function of information exchange between gateway and each node and to complete the establishment of simulation model.Finally,by optimizing the data space of the message,the bus load rate of the gateway is reduced,and the stability and reliability of the system are improved.The detailed design process of this paper provides a reference for the design of gateway system.
