摘要
为了减小电动汽车用异步驱动电机的设计周期,提出了一种异步电机结构参数匹配设计方法。根据异步电机的动力性目标计算定子结构参数、转子结构参数,利用有限元软件建立仿真模型,分析验证参数合理性。仿真结果证明,电机磁场分布合理,工作性能稳定,各项参数满足电动汽车用异步驱动电机设计要求,对异步驱动电机的设计有一定的参考意义。
In order to reduce the design cycle of asynchronous drive motor for electric vehicle,a design method of structural parameter matching for asynchronous motor is proposed,the stator structure parameters and rotor structure parameters are calculated according to the dynamic target of asynchronous motor,and the simulation model is built by using finite element software to verify the rationality of the parameters.The result proves that the magnetic field distribution of the motor is reasonable and the working performance is stable,the parameters meet the design requirements of the drive motor for electric vehicles,have certain reference significance for the design of asynchronous drive motor.
