氟硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液在液体分散染料免水洗印花中的应用

Application of Fluorosilicon Modified Polyacrylate Emulsion in Water-free Printing of Liquid Disperse Dyes

自制氟硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液(Vi-PVFDPA)并应用于液体分散染料免水洗印花,研究了乳液用量、焙烘温度及时间对印花效果的影响。结果表明:在液体分散蓝WCD-HGL用量2%,增稠剂TF-312D用量2%,Vi-PVFDPA乳液用量12%,焙烘温度190℃,焙烘时间3 min的工艺条件下,耐湿摩擦色牢度达到3~4级。液体分散蓝WCD-HGL免水洗印花后织物性能基本达到了粉体分散蓝HGL水洗后的效果,但得色量更高。

The self-made fluorosilicon modified polyacrylate emulsion(Vi-PVFDPA)was used in water-free printing with liquid disperse dyes.The effects of Vi-PVFDPA emulsion dosage,curing temperature and curing time on printing effect were studied.The results showed that when the dosage of liquid disperse blue WCD-HGL was 2%,and the dosage of thickener TF-312 D was 2%,the dosage of Vi-PVFDPA emulsion was 12%,then the curing temperature was 190℃and the curing time was 3 min,the wet rubbing fastness could reach 3-4 grade.The fabric properties printed with liquid disperse blue WCD-HGL water-free washing process basically reached the effect of those with powder disperse blue HGL water washing process,but the color yield was higher.
