贵州省基层卫生从业人员心理资本和主观幸福感比较研究

A comparative study of psychological capital and subjective well-being among primary health workers in Guizhou Province

目的调查比较贵州省乡镇卫生院院长(副院长)、社区卫生服务中心主任(副主任)、基层卫生技术人员(以下简称三类人员)的心理资本和主观幸福感及影响因素,为贵州省基层卫生人力的稳定提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样对1284名基层卫生从业人员进行问卷调查。应用方差分析、t检验、多元分层线性回归分析进行统计学处理。结果三类人员的心理资本和主观幸福感总体水平较高,且与家庭生活和睦度、同事关系等呈正相关关系。分层控制变量后,乡镇卫生院院长(副院长)主观幸福感的最显著影响因素是家庭生活和睦度(β=0.181,P<0.01)、社区卫生服务中心主任(副主任)和基层卫生技术人员是乐观维度(β=0.615,P<0.01;β=0.321,P<0.01)。结论各类人员的心理资本和主观幸福感影响因素有所不同,故应对人员特点采取针对性措施,以提高二者水平。

Objective To investigate and compare the psychological capital and subjective well-being of the chiefs(deputy deans)of township hospitals,directors(deputy directors)of community health service centers,primary health technicians(hereinafter referred to as three types of personnel)in Guizhou Province,and thus to provide reference for the stability of grass-roots health manpower in Guizhou Province.Methods A total of 1284 primary health workers were investigated by convenience sampling.Variance analysis,t-test and multivariate stratified linear regression analysis were employed for analyzing.Results The overall level of psychological capital and subjective well-being of the three types of personnel were relatively high and were positively correlated with the harmony in family life and the relationship between colleagues.After stratified regression control of variables,the most significant influence factor of subjective well-being for the chiefs(deputy deans)of township hospitals was the harmony in family life(β=0.181,P<0.01)while that for the directors(deputy directors)of the community health service centers and primary health technicians was optimism(β=0.615,P<0.01;β=0.321,P<0.01).Conclusions The psychological capital and subjective well-being of all the three types of personnel are associated with different influence factors.Therefore,targeted measures should be taken to improve the levels of their psychological capital and subjective well-being.
