摘要
文章以我国质量受权人群体为样本,通过问卷调查的方式,对质量受权人工作焦虑、角色过载、个人主动性、工作绩效、工作满意度、离职倾向等工作状态进行研究。结果表明:质量受权人普遍存在角色过载和工作焦虑;且角色过载和工作焦虑与离职倾向呈正相关,与工作绩效、工作满意度呈负相关;工作焦虑与离职倾向呈正相关,与工作满意度呈负相关;个人主动性与工作焦虑、角色过载及工作绩效呈正相关。建议:短期内将质量管理部门负责人与质量受权人职责剥离,既避免其角色过载及由此引起的问题,又可以在企业内部引入监督管理机制;长期应使质量受权人成为一种独立的任职资格,采用注册制度代替现行的备案制;同时引入第三方力量,加强对质量受权人管理的同时,也能在质量受权人面对问题时,提供协助与支持;有利于质量受权人做出客观、公正的决定,并减轻由此产生的工作焦虑等负面问题。
As research samples,Chinese qualified persons were surveyed with questionnaire on work anxiety,role overload,personal initiative,job performance,job satisfaction,and turnover intention.The results showed that qualified persons generally had role overload and job anxiety,which were positively associated with turnover intention,and negatively associated with job performance and job satisfaction.Personal initiative was positively associated with job anxiety,role overload,and job performance.Based on the analysis results,constructive suggestions are provided as follows:the responsibilities of the person in charge of the quality management department be separated from those of the qualified persons in the short term,which can not only avoid role overload and the consequent problems,but also introduce a supervision and management mechanism within the enterprise;qualified person should become an independent qualification in the long run,with registration system instead of the current filing system;meanwhile the third party should be introduced to strengthen the management of qualified persons,and also to provide assistance and support when they encounter problems,which is helpful for qualified persons to make objective and impartial decisions and reduce work anxiety.
