农村中老年高血压患者健康教育知信行与治疗依从性分析

KAP of health education and treatment compliance among middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas

目的探讨农村地区中老年高血压患者健康教育知信行与治疗依从性的现状及影响因素。方法运用高血压患者健康教育知信行量表和高血压治疗依从性量表对福建省福州市农村地区85例中老年高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果中老年高血压患者健康教育知信行总分(17.41±4.50)分,治疗依从性总分(6.67±2.46)分。多元回归分析结果显示性别和高血压患者健康教育知信行是影响农村中老年高血压患者治疗依从性的主要因素。结论福州市农村地区中老年高血压患者健康教育知识水平中等,治疗依从性较差,性别和高血压患者健康教育知信行会影响患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of health education and treatment compliance among middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension in rural areas.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 85 middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas of Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,using the Health Education KAP Scale and Hypertension Treatment Compliance Scale for Hypertension Patients.Results The total scores of KAP of health education and treatment compliance in middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients were(17.41±4.50)and(6.67±2.46),respectively.Multiple regression analysis showed that gender and hypertension patients?KAP of health education were the main factors affecting the treatment compliance.Conclusions Middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas of Fuzhou City have moderate health education knowledge and poor treatment compliance.Gender and hypertension patients’KAP of health education affect patients’treatment compliance.
