Characteristics of Speech and Behavior in Hospitalized Patients Diagnosed with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎住院患者言行特点,并提出相应对策。方法从患者的询问中,总结出患者的情绪状态。结果患者的言行特点主要有担心病情进展、担心治疗效果、担心重复感染等。针对以上特点,护理对策是医护一体共同讨论、告知防护特点与要求、告知疾病诊治特点、给予心理支持、加强心理疏导等。结论通过对住院新型冠状病毒肺炎患者言行的分析,正确判断患者的心理状态,有利于医护人员实施针对性的干预方法。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of speech and behavior of hospitalized novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)patients,and to put forward corresponding interventions.Methods The emotional states of patients were summarized based on the inquiry of patients.Results The main characteristics of patients’speech and behavior were worried about the progress of the disease,improper treatment,and repeated infection.Intervention to the above characteristics,doctors and nurses worked together to discuss and inform the characteristics and requirements of protection,the characteristics of disease diagnosis and treatment,and give psychological support to strengthen psychological guidance.Conclusions After analyzing the speech and behavior of NCP patients,the patients’psychological state is correctly diagnosed,which is conducive to the implementation of targeted intervention by medical staff.
