摘要
目的了解三级甲等综合性医院临床护士创新自我效能感现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法2018年11-12月,便利抽样法选取某市3所三级甲等综合性医院临床科室工作的701名护士为研究对象,采用创新自我效能感问卷对其进行调查。结果临床护士创新自我效能感总分为(28.46±6.34)分,工作满意度、护理科研意愿、专科护士资质是临床护士创新自我效能感的重要影响因素。结论临床护士创新自我效能感处于中等水平,护理管理者应注重护士工作满意度的提升和专科护士的培养,通过营造积极的科研创新文化氛围,不断培养护士的科研意愿和创新自我效能感,给予护士更多施展创新行为的舞台,从而促进创新成果的转化。
Objective To investigate the status of innovation self-efficacy of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals and its influencing factors.Methods From November to December 2018,701 nurses working in clinical departments of tertiary hospitals were selected by convenience sampling methods,and were investigated with the innovative self-efficacy questionnaire.Results The total score of clinical nurses’sense of self-efficacy was 28.46±6.34.The regression analysis showed that job satisfaction,nursing research willingness,and the qualification of specialist nurse were important factors influencing clinical nurses’sense of innovation self-efficacy.Conclusions The innovation self-efficacy of clinical nurses was at a medium level.Nursing managers should pay attention to the improvement of nurses’job satisfaction and the training of specialist nurses.By creating a positive atmosphere of scientific research and innovation culture,they should constantly cultivate nurses’research willingness and sense of innovation and self-efficacy,and give nurses more stage to display innovative behaviors,in order to promote the transformation of innovative results.
