摘要
在综合分析便携式风力灭火机研究现状的基础上,归纳总结了该机当前优化研究的成果。便携式风力灭火机优化研究主要集中在两个方面,一是以优化叶轮、蜗壳、蜗舌与风筒为目标的提高气动性能的研究,二是以提高灭火效能为目标在出口气流中加入灭火剂及水雾的气、液固耦合研究。对便携式风力灭火机优化研究采用的数学优化模型、数值分析、试验研究方法的特点和适用范围进行了研究分析,结合便携式风力灭火机领域的发展趋势和行业动向,提出了未来便携式风力灭火机的研究热点是信息传输技术和智能控制技术的融合运用。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research status of portable pneumatic extinguishers,this paper summarizes the current optimization research results of portable pneumatic extinguishers.The optimization research of portable pneumatic extinguishers mainly focuses on two aspects,i.e.the research of optimizing the mechanical structure of the impeller,volute,cochlea tongue and air duct to improve the aerodynamic performance,and the gas-liquid with gas-solid coupling research of adding fire extinguishing agent and water mist into the outlet airflow to improve the fire extinguishing efficiency.This paper studies and analyses the characteristics and applicable scope of the mathematical optimization model,numerical analysis and experimental research methods used in the optimization research of portable pneumatic extinguishers.Combined with the development trend and industry direction in the field of portable pneumatic extinguishers,the paper proposes that the future research hotspot of portable pneumatic extinguishers is the combined use of information transmission technology and intelligent control technology.
