档案职业的核心技能是档案职业技能体系中起关键作用的存在,是决定档案职业专业化程度的重要因素,对档案职业发展至关重要。本文通过介绍美国、英国、澳大利亚国家官方机构公布的文件中有关档案职业核心技能要求的内容,在梳理归纳的基础上,总结出国外档案职业核心技能要求对促进我国档案职业专业化发展的启示。并在中外对比中得出要建立中国特色档案职业核心技能,需要树立正确的档案职业伦理价值观念,构建协调可持续的档案职业生态系统。
