明代以“敕”为名的诏令文书辨析

Discrimination of Imperial Edicts in Ming Dynasty with the Name of “Chi”

自古以来,诏令文书都处在不断的演变过程中,明代以"敕"为名的诏令文书较前朝发生了很大的变化,由于以往没有对其文体和行政运作进行过多的区别,所以也造成我们在敕谕、敕书、敕命这几类文书称谓间的混乱。本文从文献挖掘入手,对明代以"敕"为名的诏令文书进行考察,力求厘清敕谕、敕书、敕命之间的关系,探究它们在明代发展的规律。

Since ancient times,the imperial edicts are in the process of continuous evolution.The imperial edicts with the name of"Chi"in Ming Dynasty have undergone great changes compared with the previous dynasty.Because there has not been too much difference in the style and administrative operation in the past,it causes confusion among the terms of"ChiYu","ChiShu"and"ChiMing".Starting with literature studying,the author investigated the imperial edicts in Ming Dynasty in the name of"Chi",trying to clarify the relationship among "ChiYu","ChiShu"and"ChiMing",and to explore the law of their development in Ming Dynasty.
